On many farms small carcasses and foetal waste are stored in uncooled waste bins. From 10 degrees Celcius, this already leads to major risks with regard to multiplication and spread of disease. Besides this the decomposition of the carcasses causes the spread of odours.
Insects and other pests are able to come in contact with these uncooled carcasses and spread disease. Cooling the carcasses below 10 degrees Celsius you can prevent the odour and you limit the spread of disease.
